高瓦斯矿井密闭巷道联合排放瓦斯技术研究与实践 被引量:2

Research and Practice of Gas Drainage Method in Close Tunnel in High Gas Coal Mine

摘要 为保证高瓦斯矿井多条密闭联通巷道启封时,高浓度瓦斯安全快速排放,研究利用矿井瓦斯抽放系统和密闭巷内原预留风筒设备,采用"短抽长压"技术即负压抽采与正压通风排放多条巷道内瓦斯,同时监测抽放管道内负压、气体流量、瓦斯浓度等参数,考察排放效果。结果表明,"短抽长压"技术很好地解决了高瓦斯矿井多巷联合排放瓦斯时风量不易控制、瓦斯排放时间长、回风流瓦斯浓度易超限和影响范围大的难题,对其他密闭巷道安全启封和矿井安全高效开采有良好的借鉴作用。 Aimed at improving the level of safety and releasing high-concentration from close tunnel in high gas coal mine,have used technology of"close gas drainage pipeline and long press-in ventilation",it is mine gas drainage system and the airtight tunnel of the original device.Then,have monitored date of the drainage pipe parameters,such as negative pressure,gas flow rate,gas concentration,the discharge effect.Thus,have worked out the method of gas drainage which is best way.Firstly,it has solved the question which can not control the gas and of more joint discharge gas air volume in tunnel.Secondly,it has controled gas emissions easily overrun and long return cycle.Furthermore,it has solved the problem of large range of the gas concentration.As a result,research and practice of gas drainage method help us to inspire that it is a good reference in close tunnel.
