摘要
为了平衡陆海联运过程中空重集装箱的运力,降低物流成本,提高多式联运的效率,分析了滚装甩挂运输模式下的空载与重载集装箱调度问题,以牵引车总行驶成本最小化为目标构建了混合整数规划模型。运用Matlab软件生成一系列随机算例,以节约算法结合邻域搜索为基础,设计两阶段启发式算法对随机算例进行求解,其结果符合物流实践,证明了模型和两阶段启发式算法的准确性和有效性,同时表明邻域搜索算法对节约算法求得的初始解有较好的再优化效果。
In order to balance the capacity of loaded/unloaded container,reduce the logistics cost and improve the efficiency in land-sea intermodal transportation,the scheduling problem of loaded/unloaded container in ro-ro drop and pull transportation was analyzed and a mixed integer programming model that took the total cost minimization as the object was put forward.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,randomly-generated instances were designed by Matlab software,a two-stage heuristic involving the savings heuristic algorithm and local search were designed to solve the random examples.The calculation result of the model and instance solutions is close to the logistics practice,which shows that the model and heuristic are accurate and solvable.Moreover,the Local Search Algorithm has a better optimization effect on the initial solution obtained by the Clarke-Wright Savings Algorithm.
