摘要
通过简单环保的微波辅助法合成纳米碳点(CDs),并用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等方法进行表征,将其应用于丁腈橡胶(NBR),研究CDs的用量对NBR耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,NBR的红外峰的强度降低,交联密度增大,硬度增大,拉伸强度降低,拉断伸长率下降;随着体系中CDs的加入,NBR性能的变化趋势减缓,证明CDs可提高NBR的耐老化性能,且CDs的添加量越高,耐老化性能越好。
Nano carbon dots(CDs) were synthesized by simple and environmentally friendly microwave assisted methods and characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis).Subsequently,it was applied to nitrile butadiene rubber,and the influence of the content of CDs on the aging resistance of nitrile butadiene rubber was analyzed.The results show that with the aging time prolonged,the intensity of infrared peak of nitrile butadiene rubber decreases,the crosslink density increases,the hardness increases,the tensile strength decreases,and the elongation at break decreases.With the addition of CDs in the system,the trend of the performance of nitrile butadiene rubber is slowed down,which proves that CDs can improve the aging resistance of NBR,and the higher the amount of CDs added,the better the aging resistance.
