Ni掺杂TiO2涂层的制备及光阴极保护性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation and photocathode protection properties of Ni-doped titanium dioxide coatings

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备Ni掺杂TiO2粉末,使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对粉末进行表征。将Ni掺杂TiO2粉末涂覆在不锈钢表面制备修饰电极,用电化学工作站对其开路电位及光生电流进行表征。结果表明:制备的Ni掺杂TiO2粉体中Ni和Ti的摩尔比与物料投放比基本一致,反应比较充分;Ni掺杂的摩尔比为0.005时,涂层的光阴极保护性能最好。 Ni-doped TiO2 powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The performance of powders were characterized by XRD,EDS and SEM. The Ni-doped TiO2 powder was coated on stainless steel to prepare modified electrode,open-circuit potential and photogenerated current of the modified electrode were examined on electrochemical workstation. The results show that Ni/Ti ratio of Ni-doped TiO2 powders is consistent with the formula approximately,which indicates that reactions between Nickel and TiO2 is sufficient. Photocathode protection performance of coatings with 0.005 Nickel surpass other formulations obviously.
