摘要
探究了果胶酶、木质素酶单一酶及复合酶处理原羊绒的影响因素,并通过正交试验获得较佳工艺,用以替代传统酸炭化去除植物性杂质。研究表明,与传统酸炭化相比,原羊绒纤维用复合酶处理后,其断裂强力和白度提高,失重率减小。
The influence factors of pectinase,lignin enzyme or complex enzyme on cashmere treatment were studied,and the optimized technology for removal of plant impurities to replace the traditional acid carbonization was obtained by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the breaking strength and whiteness of cashmere fiber treated with complex enzyme were improved,and the weight loss rate decreased in comparision with traditional acid carbonization.
