摘要
本文对变换装置的粗煤气进料加热器旁路管线三通处出现的腐蚀减薄问题进行分析研究,针对性地提出可行的工艺改造措施及建议,改造完成后运行效果良好,保证了装置的平稳运行。
In this paper,the corrosion thinning at the tee of crude gas feed heater bypass line of the converter is analyzed and studied.The feasible process improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.The operation effect is good after the completion of the modification,which ensures the smooth operation of the unit.
