摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在择期腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产术中的应用价值。方法选取2018年7-9月于该院行择期腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产术的180例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组90例。对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组基础上予以人文关怀护理,通过满意度调查量表及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估两组产妇对手术室护理的满意度及焦虑状态。结果观察组护理满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(88.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前观察组与对照组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分均较护理前下降(P<0.05),且观察组SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀应用于择期腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产术中护理,可改善产妇的焦虑状态,提高产妇对护理的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care in elective cesarean section under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia.Methods A total of 180 parturients who underwent elective cesarean section under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia in the hospital from July to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,each group has 90 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction and anxiety state of the two groups were evaluated by satisfaction survey scale and self-assessment anxiety scale(SAS).Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(88.89%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the observation group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,SAS scores in the two groups were lower than those of before nursing(P<0.05),and SAS scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in elective cesarean section under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia can improve parturients′anxiety and satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
