光固化3D打印及光敏树脂改性研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 为加深对光固化3D技术及光敏树脂的研究,简述了光固化3D技术的6种主流技术种类及最新的计算轴向光刻(CAL)打印技术,分析了各自的成型原理及优缺点,介绍了光敏树脂固化原理及最新的光敏树脂改性研究,着重分析了在增强增韧、膨胀单体、医用方面和功能化研究进展,同时对光固化3D打印的发展现状进行分析及对前景进行了展望。 In order to deepen the research on photo-curing 3 D technology and photosensitive resin,the six mainstream technology types of photo-curing 3 D technology and the latest computational axial lithography(CAL) printing technology were introduced.Their respective molding principles and advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,the curing principle of photosensitive resin and the latest modification of photosensitive resin were introduced.Focusing on the analysis of strengthening and toughening,expansion monomer research progress in medical and functional,and at the same time,the development status of photo-curing three dimensional(3 D)printing were analyzed and the prospects were described.
