摘要
水资源承载力是现有水资源能够持续支撑某地区历史发展阶段最大规模的能力和限度。本文采用PSR模型识别并建立了一套分为压力、状态、反应三个准则层包含17个指标涵盖了人口、产业、排污、水资源等多个方面的逻辑关系严密的指标体系。运用MSD模型计算各指标权重并得出水资源承载力综合评价值,绘出了2014—2018年间武汉市水资源承载力时空动态变化的曲线图以分析发展趋势。数据表明,武汉市的水资源承载力整体呈现逐年上升的态势,其中水资源压力层承载力变化较大。
Water resources carrying capacity is the ability and limit of existing water resources to continue to support the largest scale of historical development in a region.This paper uses the PSR model to identify and establish a set of three criteria including pressure,state,and response.The 17 indicators cover the quantitative relationship system of population,industry,sewage,water resources and other aspects.The MSD model is used to calculate the weight of each index and the comprehensive evaluation value of water resources carrying capacity is obtained.The time-space dynamics of Wuhan water resources carrying capacity during 2014-2018 is plotted to analyze the development trend.The data show that the overall water resources carrying capacity of Wuhan City has been increasing year by year,and the bearing capacity of water resources pressure layer has changed greatly.
