摘要
为了解国际EPC电站项目中安全投入的实际运作,通过对通过对比中外公司在同一项目的安全投入与绩效,将投入的各个组成部分及绩效进行量化对比、分析,找出中外企业在安全投入方面的差别,包括数值差别和组成部分差别,通过对比分析,进而找出国际EPC电站项目的最佳安全投入比例及相应管控措施。
In order to understand the actual operation of safety investment in international EPC power plant projects,by comparing the safety investment and performance of China and foreign companies on the same project,the various components and performance of the investment are quantitatively compared and analyzed to find out the differences in safety investment between China and foreign companies,including numerical differences and component differences.Through comparative analysis,the best safety investment ratio and corresponding control measures for international EPC power plant projects are found.
