摘要
聚酯在零售包装用的瓶(“用即弃”瓶和耐久瓶)、片材(吸塑容器)及薄膜等领域应用广泛,文章对其相关技术的发展进行了介绍,主要包括:生物基原料;合成技术的优化工艺、新型催化剂、聚酯改性、生物可降解等;加工过程技术创新,包括多层共挤、阻隔喷涂、压塑成型等;回收技术。据预测,2024年全球包装行业的产值将超过1万亿美元,而绿色包装、使用安全性、再生循环以及生物法回收和生物降解产业化将成为产业链关注的重点,文章据此对相关领域的发展进行了展望。
Polyester has been widely used in the field of retail packaging bottles(disposable bottles and durable bottles),sheet materials(vacuum forming pack),and film,etc.This paper introduced related technologies,including bio-based raw materials,optimization process of synthesis technology,newtype catalyst,polyester modification,and biodegradation,etc.Meanwhile,the paper also summarized the innovative technologies in the processing,including multi-layer coextrusion,barrier spraying,compression molding,and recycled technology.It is expected that the output value of the packaging industry will exceed US$1 trillion in 2024.And green packaging,use safety,recycling,biological recycling and biodegradation industrialization will become the focus of the industrial chain.On this basis,the paper looks forward to the development of related fields.
