摘要
针对南宁市某酒店深基坑项目所处的复杂环境及地质特点,设计采用后浇永久柱半逆作的基坑支护技术。该技术地下连续墙“两墙合一”、内支撑与梁板结构全面结合、基坑周边逆作中间顺作且逆作部分结构柱后浇。与常规逆作法相比,具有安全性更高,施工速度更快,无需拆除支撑、无需设置地下室结构预制柱、造价低等优点,对类似工程具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the complex environment and geological characteristics of a hotel deep foundation pit project in Nanning,a foundation pit support technology using semi-inverted post-cast permanent columns is designed.Underground continuous wall of this technology is“two walls in one”,the internal support is fully integrated with the beam and slab structure,the perimeter of the foundation pit is reversed and the middle is cut,and some of the structural columns are reversed cast.Compared with the conventional reverse method,it has higher safety,faster construction speed,no need to dismantle support,no need to set up prefabricated columns in the basement structure,and low cost.It has certain reference significance for similar projects.
