摘要
本文基于132家制造业上市公司的微观投资数据,对上海产业转移时空演变进行分析。研究发现,2001—2017年上海市大约80%的制造业上市企业发生产业转移且转移行业类型和规模都呈扩大趋势。具体来说,产业沿着“长三角并东部地区—中部地区—西部地区”的梯度顺序扩散,但主要集中于长三角和东部地区。考虑行业异质性,上海市基本遵循“劳动和资源密集型—资本密集型—技术密集型”的趋势转出。更重要的是,产业动态空间演变具有区域偏向性,概括为上海市主要向长三角并东部地区转移技术密集型产业,向中部地区转移劳动密集型产业,而向西部地区转移资源密集型产业。进一步地,发现政府行为、集聚外部性、比较优势是影响上海产业动态转移的重要因素。本文的研究表明,东中西部应发挥市场潜力及要素禀赋优势,在国家及政府政策的指引下,承接优质关联产业共建现代化新产业体系。
Based on the micro investment data of 132 listed manufacturing companies,this paper analyzes spatio-temporal evolution of industrial transfer in Shanghai.Research findings:From 2001 to 2017,about 80%of the listed manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai experienced industrial transfer,and the scale of the transferred industries showed an expanding trend.Industrial transfer spreads in a gradient order along the Yangtze river delta and the eastern region,the central region and the western region,but it is mainly concentrated in the Yangtze river delta and the eastern region.Considering the industry heterogeneity,Shanghai industrial transfer from labor and resourceintensive industries to capital-intensive industries then from capital-intensive industries to technology-intensive industries.At the same time,industrial transfer has a regional bias:the Yangtze river delta and the eastern region mainly undertake technology-intensive industries,the central region mainly undertake labor-intensive industries,and the western region mainly undertake resource-intensive industries.Government behavior,agglomeration externality and comparative advantage are the important factors that affect the industrial transfer of Shanghai.The eastern and western regions should take full advantage of market potential and the advantages of factor endowments and undertake high-quality related industries under the guidance of national and government policies to build a modern new industrial system.
