摘要
目的探讨口周按摩联合试喂对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并吞咽障碍患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月我院收治的42例HIE合并吞咽障碍患儿为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿采用鼻饲喂养,观察组采用予口周按摩联合试喂,对比两组护理干预效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组喂奶时间、完全经口喂养时间、胃管留置时间和住院时间均短于对照组,吞咽后口腔奶液残留量少于对照组,溢奶率和有吮吸动作率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口周按摩联合试喂用于HIE合并吞咽障碍患儿,可提高患儿喂养质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of applying perioral massage combined with trial feeding for children patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopatly(HIE)and dysphagia.Methods To select 42 cases of children patients with HIE and dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The children patients of the control group were fed with nasal feeding,and the observation group was fed with perioral massage combined with trial feeding to compare the effect of nursing intervention and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The feeding time,complete oral feeding time,gastric tube indwelling time and hospital stays of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the milk residue of oral cavity after swallowing was less than that of the control group,and the overflow rate of milk and sucking action rate were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of perioral massage combined with trial feeding for children with HIE and dysphagia could improve the feeding quality of children,which was worth popularizing and applying.
