摘要
友众煤矿针对企业员工素质参差不齐、地质条件日趋复杂的现状,提出并应用了“六化一落实”安全管理模式。通过应用该安全管理模式,友众矿安全生产管控水平和保障能力得到显著提升,杜绝了事故的发生,实现了安全生产。
In view of the uneven quality of employees and the increasingly complex geological conditions,Youzhong Coal Mine puts forward and applies the safety management mode of"six modernizations and one implementation".Through the application of the safety management mode,the level of safety production control and guarantee ability of Youzhong Mine has been significantly improved,the occurrence of accidents has been eliminated,and the safety production has been realized.
