摘要
分析甘蔗糖厂传统蒸发系统存在问题及热力方案节能潜力,对热力方案进行优化并提出技改实施方案,减少蒸发末效二次蒸汽进入冷凝器,减少制糖一次蒸汽消耗量。本文以某糖厂节能技改为例,提出节能技术改造方案。通过采用低真空蒸发热力方案,提高各效汁汽压力,使蒸发系统各效汁汽抽取尽量推后;增加物料加热级数及用汽种类,Ⅴ效汁汽用于混合汁加热,回收利用汽凝水预热混合汁;提升供煮糖的Ⅲ效汁汽温度等节能措施,达到了降低全厂耗汽的目的。
The existing problems of the traditional evaporation system and the energy-saving potential of the thermodynamic scheme in sugarcane mill were analyzed.The thermodynamic scheme was optimized and the technical transformation implementation scheme was put forward.The aim was to reduce the final evaporative effect of secondary steam into the condenser and the primary sugar steam consumption.In this paper,the energy-saving technology of a sugar factory was taken as an example,energy-saving technical transformation plan was put forward.By adopting the low vacuum evaporation thermodynamic scheme,the steam pressure of each effect juice was raised,and the steam extraction of each effect juice in evaporation system was delayed as far as possible.The material heating series and steam type were increased,V effect steam was used to heat mixed juice and recycle steam condensate was used to preheat mixed juice.Energy-saving measures such as raising steam temperature of III effect juice for sugar boiling were realized.The goal of reducing steam consumption of the whole plant had been achieved.
