医用X射线诊断设备生产企业调试机房辐射水平测量及分析 被引量:1

Measurement and analysis of radiation level in debugging machine room of the manufacturing enterprise of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment

摘要 目的:对医用X射线诊断设备生产企业的调试机房周围辐射水平进行检测,分析个别点位剂量率水平较高的原因,制定解决方案,以提高调试机房的辐射防护水平。方法:参照国家标准《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》对北京地区具有代表性的医用X射线诊疗设备生产企业的医用X射线诊断设备调试机房周围辐射水平进行检测,对调试工程师的个人剂量进行监测,掌握调试机房外辐射水平和调试工程师的辐射防护情况。结果:检测的企业医用X射线诊断设备调试机房外辐射水平和调试工程师的个人剂量监测结果均符合国家标准的要求。结论:加强医用X射线诊断设备调试机房辐射防护的企业管理和政府监管,可有效降低调试机房周围辐射水平,并为做好调试工程师的辐射防护提供参考。 Objective:To implement test for radiation level around the debugging room of manufacturing enterprise of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment so as to improve the protection level for radiation around debugging machine room.Methods:According to national standard<Requirements for medical X-ray diagnosis and radiation protection>,the radiation level around the debugging machine room of medical X-ray diagnosis equipment of manufacturing enterprise with representativeness of medical X-ray diagnosis and treatment equipment in Beijing region was tested,and the personal dose of the debugging engineer was monitored.The radiation levels outside the debugging machine room were grasped,and the radiation protection situation of the debugging engineer was monitored.Results:Both the radiation level outside the debugging machine room of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment of tested enterprise and the monitoring results of personal dose of debugging engineer met the requirements of national standard.Conclusion:It is very important to strengthen the enterprise management and government supervision for radiation protection of debugging machine room of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment,and it can effectively reduce the radiation level around debugging machine room and provide reference for achieving well radiation protection of debugging engineers.
