摘要
结合对加氢类装置空冷器红外热像长期监测,大检修期间对存在结盐风险的空冷器进行了腐蚀检查、检测、工艺分析和评估,并提出了消减措施。
Based on the long-term monitoring of the infrared thermal image of the air cooler of the hydrogenation unit,the corrosion inspection,detection,process analysis and evaluation of the air cooler with the risk of salt deposition were carried out during the overhaul,and the reduction measures were put forward.
