摘要
铁路工程具有社会性,它与经济社会发展存在着复杂的勾连。对于铁路工程,既要把它作为一个相对独立的社会事物,探讨其存在的本质、特征、意义与规律;又要把它作为整个社会大系统中的一个有机组成部分,从社会学视野探讨它与社会各方面的互动关系,以寻求铁路工程与社会发展的协调与平衡机制,提升铁路工程的质量与效益,并实现人民对美好生活的向往。
Railway engineering has its social characteristics and is related with the economic and social development in a complicated way.It should be taken both as a relatively independent social phenomenon to explore its nature,characteristics,significance and law,and an integral part of the whole social system to explore its interactive relationship with various aspects of society from the sociological perspective.This will be helpful for keeping the coordination and balance between railway engineering and social development,improving the quality and effectiveness of the railway engineering,and realizing people’s wish for a better life.
