摘要
被害恐惧感是对所处环境存在的潜在风险的一种认知.中档住区作为面向大众的主流居住区,其住区外环境品质直接影响居民的居住质量.良好的住区外环境设计能够消除某些诱发犯罪的因素,减弱居民被害恐惧感.以长春市新城区典型中档住区的调研数据为依据,利用统计学分析方法对通过环境设计预防犯罪理论(简称CPTED)中可能影响被害恐惧感的外环境因素进行研究,并对可能影响被害恐惧感的CPTED设计策略按影响强弱程度排序.同时,结合现状对具体住区外环境提出改善建议,提升居住环境质量.
Fear of crime is a cognition of the potential risks of the environment.As the mainstream residential area for the public,the outside environment quality of the mid-end residential area directly affects the residents'living quality.Good design of residential environment can eliminate some factors that induce crime and weaken residents'fear of crime.Based on the survey data of typical mid-end residential areas in Changchun new urban area,this paper uses correlation analysis,factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to study the outside environmental factors that may affect fear of crime in CPTED strategy,and ranks the CPTED design strategies that may affect residents'fear of crime according to the degree of influence.Combined with the current situation,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the outside environment of specific residential areas,trying to weaken the residents'fear of crime from the psychological level and create a comfortable and livable living environment.
