摘要
新媒体为医院宣传工作开启了新局面,拓宽平台、提升能效、助力健康中国战略,同时也带来了管理上的问题,诸如制度不完备、管理相对滞后、管理素养需提高等。笔者浅析医院新媒体管理现状后,探析了问题对策,提出以问题为导向,建立健全新媒体管理体系;以绩效考核为手段,提升新媒体管理水平;进一步夯实阵地建设,组建医院融媒体中心;加强队伍建设,保障医院新媒体活力。
The new media has opened a new situation for hospital propaganda work with the characters of broadening the platform, improving energy efficiency, and helping Healthy China strategy. At the same time, it has brought management problems, such as incomplete system, relatively backward management and poor management capacity. After analyzing the current situation of hospital’s new media management, suggestions such as problems oriented new media management system, performance based new media management, constructing center of convergence media and strengthening team building are presented.
