摘要
完善职业教育体系,为现代农业发展和职业教育现代化提供制度保障和人才支持。针对产教融合人才培养过程中常见的问题,南阳农业职业学院园艺技术专业结合区域经济发展需求和服务乡村振兴战略,更新人才培养理念,校地企深度融合,构建"两周期、四融合"的产教融合人才培养模式,引导从课程体系、课程内容、教学方式、评估体系等方面进行改革。
Improving the vocational education system can provide system guarantee and personnel support for the development of modern agriculture and the modernization of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the common problems in the training process of talents with integration of industry and education,the specialty of horticultural technology of Nanyang Agricultural Vocational College integrated the needs of regional economic development and the strategy of serving the rural revitalization,renewed the concept of talent training,deeply integrated the need of local enterprise,constructed the"two-cycle,four-integration"talent training mode,which led the reform of course system,content,teaching methods and evaluation system.
