摘要
利用自制的渗透系数测试仪,对排水沥青混合料的竖向以及横向渗透系数进行了相关测试。试验结果如下:对于排水沥青混合料,空隙率为20%的竖向渗透系数是空隙率为18%的14倍,空隙率为22%的竖向渗透系数是空隙率为20%的2倍;空隙率为20%的横向渗透系数是空隙率为18%的16倍,空隙率为22%的横向渗透系数是空隙率为20%的18倍。针对试验结果分析表明,排水沥青混合料具有较大的竖向以及横向渗透系数,并与空隙率成正比;在相同空隙率条件下,横向渗透系数大于竖向渗透系数;采用马歇尔试件测试的竖向渗透系数范围在001~004cm/s之间,采用车辙板试件测试的横向渗透系数在04~17cm/s之间;基于此,建议福建省排水沥青混合料竖向和横向渗透系数均需大于001cm/s。
Vertical and horizontal permeability of porous asphalt is tested by homemade permeability tester.The test results are as follows:The vertical permeability coefficient of 20% void is 1.4 times that of 18% void,and the vertical permeability coefficient of 22% void is twice that of 20% void,but the transverse permeability coefficient of 20% void is 1.6 times that of 18% void,and the transverse permeability coefficient of 22% void is 1.8 times that of 20% void.The results show that the porous asphalt mixture has a larger vertical and horizontal permeability and which is proportional to the porosity.The horizontal permeability is greater than vertical permeability on the same porosity.The range of the vertical permeability using marshall specimens tested is 0.01~0.04 cm/s and the range of the horizontal permeability using rutting plate specimens tested is 0.4~1.7 cm/s.Therefore,it is suggested that the vertical and horizontal permeability of porous asphalt mixture should be greater than 0.01 cm/s in Fujian.
