摘要
目的观察染色体异常对硼替佐米治疗初治多发性骨髓瘤疗效及预后的影响。方法将我院于2013年6月~2014年6月收治的50例初治多发性骨髓瘤患者作为本研究对象,对患者均采用硼替佐米治疗方案进行治疗,在治疗4周期结束后对患者的疗效进行分析,并制备染色体标本观察染色体正常患者的疗效与染色体异常患者的疗效,同时比较患者远期生存情况。结果50例初治多发性骨髓瘤患者中染色体异常患者24例,染色体正常患者的总有效率显著高于染色体异常患者总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。染色体异常患者的中位生存期均显著低于染色体正常患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论染色体异常可对硼替佐米治疗初治多发性骨髓瘤患者的疗效和预后造成影响,治疗前检查患者染色体是否异常对于患者治疗方案确定具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To observe the effect of chromosomal abnormality on the efficacy and prognosis of bortezomib in the treatment of primary multiple myeloma.Methods 50 patients with primary multiple myeloma treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with bortezomib,and the clinical effect of the patients after 4 cycles of treatment were analyzed.Clinical effect between the patients with normal chromosome and abnormal chromosome were observed by the preparing chromosome specimens,and the long-term survival of patients was compared.Results Among the 50 patients with multiple myeloma,24 patients with chromosomal abnormality,the total effective rate of patients with normal chromosome was significantly higher than that of patients with chromosomal abnormality,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The median survival time of patients with chromosome abnormality was significantly lower than that of patients with normal chromosome(P<0.05).Conclusion The mhromosome abnormalities may affect the clinical effect and prognosis of bortezomib in the treatment of primary multiple myeloma,and the checking patients'chromosome whether abnormal or not before treatment has important reference value for the determination of patients'treatment plan.
