摘要
通过对管道弯曲变形时各结构层承力机制的分析,明确了海洋橡胶管道在弯曲载荷作用下两种可能的失效模式:帘线层强度失效、螺旋铠装钢丝压溃失效。进而分别针对帘线纤维及螺旋缠绕钢丝各自失效模式推导了相应的失效判据理论表达式。通过综合对比分析,提出了海洋橡胶管道截面允许的最小弯曲半径预测方法。这项研究可以为海洋工程中类似结构管道弯曲能力设计提供参考。
Load bearing mechanism of different structural layers is analyzed during hose bending.Two potential failure modes of marine rubber hose under bending,namely the strength failure of fiber layer and the collapse failure of helical steel wire,are studied.A theoretical expression of the failure criterion is given according to each failure mode.Moreover,a prediction method for the minimum allowable bending radius of the marine rubber hose cross section is proposed.The research may provide a good reference to estimation of the bending capacity of the similar structural hose in various applications.
