摘要
文章对风、光、气、储微能源网的多目标优化问题进行研究,建立了经济调度模型和整体满意度模型,综合计算了微能源网区域用电总费用,考虑了相关各类约束条件,并计及政策补贴,以区域内负荷平均用电费用最小且可再生能源利用率最高为目标优化,采用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法(Real coding based Accelerating Genetic Algorithm, RAGA)对优化目标进行求解。通过算例对上述模型进行仿真计算,验证了上述模型实现快速优化的有效性。
The micro energy grid, as a preliminary form of regional energy internet, will have a great impact on the development direction and operation mode of the energy internet. This is an important trend of the future development of energy system. This paper mainly focuses on the economic operation of micro energy grid, which includes wind power, solar power, fuel gas units and energy storage units. A multi-objective optimization model has been built up in combination with an economic dispatch model.This model takes account of many constraints to comprehensively calculate the total cost of micro energy grid. Both the minimum average electricity cost of the load and the maximum renewable energy efficiency are regarded as the optimization goal. RAGA intelligent algorithm is adopted to solve the problems with the subsidy policy in consideration. The validity of the model has been proved through the sample simulation.
