摘要 在斜拉桥设计和施工监控过程中,确定施工索力和调索索力是一项至关重要的内容,对桥梁结构的应力和线形产生重要影响。基于无应力状态控制法理论,提出以无应力索长为导向,通过确定斜拉索张拉后成桥的索力增量,经过数学几何推导确定施工索力计算公式,以此确定调索索力的方法。结合目前国内最大跨度的独塔混合梁铁路斜拉桥岳口汉江特大桥进行有限元模拟,成桥索力和线形误差满足设计和施工要求。该方法逻辑清晰,计算简便,调索工作量小且不受调索张拉顺序的影响,具有实际应用的可行性。 In the process of design and construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridges,determining the cable force and cable tension is a crucial part,which has an important impact on the stress and line shape of the bridge structure.Based on the theory of stress-free state control proposed,this paper proposes to determine the construction cable force calculation formula by mathematical geometry deduction so as to determine the cable force increment of the bridge after cable tensioning.In this way,the method of determining the cable force is determined.Combined with the current largest span of the railway cablestayed bridge with single tower and hybrid girder which is Yuekou Hanjiang Bridge,the finite element simulation is carried out,and the cable force error meets the design and construction requirements.The process is clear in logic,simple in calculation,small in workload and unaffected by the order of tensioning,which has practical application feasibility.
