摘要
目的探析胆囊结石患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2017年8月至2019年6月仪征市中医院收治的61例胆囊结石患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)与治疗组(n=31)。对照组给予保守治疗,治疗组给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗后3 d肝功能指标水平与安全性。结果治疗组治疗后3 d丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良事件发生率为12.90%,对照组为10.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胆囊结石患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗后,可更快改善患者肝功能,具有安全、可靠的特点,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with cholecystolithiasis.Methods A total of 61 patients with cholecystoliths who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were studied.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=31).The control group received conservative treatment and the treatment group received laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The level and safety of 3 d liver function indexes before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 days after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was 12.90%in the treatment group and 10.00%in the control group,with no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with cholecystolithiasis,the liver function of patients can be improved faster,with the characteristics of safety and reliability,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
