摘要
根据国际国内相关城市发展综合竞争力的理论以及对城市的评价指标体系,选用城市的经济实力、对外开放程度、城市环境和基础设施服务这4个一级指标以及GDP、建成区绿化覆盖率等26个二级指标,系统的构建了黔南布依族苗族自治州城市发展综合竞争力评测模型。采用主成分分析法,计算了黔南州12个县市的城市发展竞争力的综合得分,结果表明黔南州各县市的发展状况不平衡,整体而言北部县市发展明显优于南部县市。据此提出了一些对策建议。
According to the theory of international and domestic comprehensive competitiveness of urban development and the evaluation index system of the city,four first-class indexes including urban economic strength,degree of opening to the outside world,urban environment and infrastructure services,and 26 second-class indexes of GDP and green coverage of built-up area are selected to systematically build the evaluation model of comprehensive competitiveness of urban development in Qiannan Prefecture.By using the principal component analysis method,the comprehensive scores of urban development competitiveness of 12 counties and cities in Qiannan Prefecture are calculated.The results show that the development status of each county and city in Qiannan Prefecture is unbalanced,and the development of northern counties and cities is obviously better than that of southern counties and cities as a whole.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
