摘要
目的观察走罐疗法治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将63例变应性咳嗽患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组32例予走罐疗法治疗;对照组31例予布地奈德混悬液治疗。2组均7 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息1 d,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)及中医证候(咳嗽、咽痒)评分情况。结果治疗组总有效率65.6%,对照组总有效率74.2%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组临床疗效相当。治疗后2组IL-4、IgE均降低(P<0.05),2组治疗后IL-4、IgE组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组咳嗽、咽痒评分均降低(P<0.05),2组治疗后咳嗽、咽痒评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论走罐疗法治疗变应性咳嗽疗效确切,并能改善咳嗽、咽痒临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of moving cupping therapy in the treatment of allergic cough. Methods 63 patients with allergic cough were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 32 cases in treatment group were treated by moving cupping therapy. 31 cases in control group were treated by budesonide suspension. Both groups were treated for seven days as a course of treatment, one day rest between courses, and a total of two course of treatment. The scores of immunoglobulin E(IgE), interleukin-4(IL-4) and TCM syndrome(cough, pharyngeal itch) were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 65.6% in the treatment group and 74.2% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The clinical effect of the two groups was comparable. After treatment, IL-4 and IgE were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of cough and pharyngeal itch were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Moving cupping therapy is effective in the treatment of allergic cough, and can improve the clinical symptoms of cough and pharyngeal itch.
