摘要
实施退圩还湖已成为改善湖泊水环境的重要方法,而清退圈圩的过程中如何处理涉及的国土、交通、生态等问题已成为退圩还湖工程能否实施的关键因素。对新沂市骆马湖在退圩还湖过程中遇到的行水保护通道、基本农田、湖中岛屿、生态保护区、饮用水水源地和航道问题进行了讨论,并提出了解决方案,以期为退圩还湖工程的实施提供理论依据,保障退圩还湖工程的顺利进行。
Returning polder area to lakes has become an important method to improve the water environment of lakes.How to deal with the problems concerning land,transportation and ecology in the process of removing polders has become a key factor for the implementation of the project.The problems of water passage,basic farmland,islands,ecological protection area,drinking water source and channel problems of Luoma Lake in Xinyi City were discussed,and solutions to solve those problems were put forward,with a view to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of the project of returning polder area to lakes and ensure smooth progress of the project.
