摘要
目的研究项目化管理在医院管理中的应用。方法对近年来国内外项目化管理下的医院管理研究文献进行系统梳理,并归纳综述,总结提炼研究进展,分析项目化管理应注意的问题。结果随着项目化管理方法和工具的逐步发展和完善,把项目化管理引入到医院管理中,有助于医院提升科学化管理水平。结论在医院管理中引入项目化管理,可以使医院资源分配更有效率;将有限的时间、人力、物力和财力进行有效整合,优化工作流程,使医院运行变得更加高效。
Objective:To make the research on the application of projectized management in hospital management.Method:This paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the research literature on hospital management under projectized management at home and abroad in recent years,summarizes the research progress and analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in projectized management.Result:With the gradual development and improvement of projectized management methods and tools,it is helpful to introduce projectized management into hospital management to improve the level of scientific management.Conclusion:Introducing projectized management into hospital management can make hospital resource allocation more efficient,effectively integrate the limited time,manpower,materials and financial resources,optimize work flow,and make hospital operation more efficient.
