摘要
随着城市化建设进程加快,建筑工程施工水平和管理水平也在不断地提升。建筑工程企业要重视工程质量,逐步提升资金利用率。工程造价是当代现代建筑经济管理的核心内容,可以有效地控制建筑工程施工成本,应结合实际情况设计施工方案,为建筑企业的发展增添新的动力。本文主要是针对工程的全过程造价管理研究,并结合实际情况提出意见和建议。
with the acceleration of urbanization,the construction level and management level of construction projects are constantly improving.Construction enterprises should pay attention to the quality of projects and gradually improve the utilization rate of funds.Project cost is the core content of modern construction economic management,which can effectively control construction cost.The construction industry has the characteristics of large quantities,long construction time,high cost and large number of personnel.With the gradual improvement of the social and economic market economy system,various problems of construction management have gradually exposed.Through cost control of the construction quality of enterprises,and then strive for greater economic benefits.Once there is a quality problem,it may cause huge economic loss to the construction party and the investor.At the same time,there are potential safety hazards in the project,which will pose a huge threat to people’s life and property.In the process of project cost,the cost management scheme of the whole process should be adopted.Combined with the actual situation of the design of construction scheme,for the development of construction enterprises to add new power.This paper mainly aims at the research of the whole process cost management of the project,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions based on the actual situation.
