摘要
文章首先对项目管理的基本内容进行概述,从思想意识问题、管理体系问题、整体管理问题三个方面,对勘察设计企业管理与项目管理相融存在的问题进行解析,并以此为依据,提出勘察设计企业管理与项目管理相融的思路。项目管理作为一项现代化、系统化的管理方式,将其运用到勘察设计企业中,对企业运营发展有着重要意义。
This article first summarizes the basic contents of project management,and analyzes the problems existing in the integration of survey and design enterprise management and project management from three aspects:ideology,management system and overall management.The idea of integrating survey and design enterprise management with project management is proposed.As a modern and systematic management method,project management is applied to survey and design enterprises,which is of great significance to the development of enterprise operations.
