摘要
本文从煤矿安全和科研管理两个方面入手开展煤矿安全与科研管理实践的分析研究。在安全管理方面,分析了安全投资和安全效益以及在煤矿中的应用实践三个具体内容;在科研管理方面,从理论和技术两个角度对安全科研管理做了深入的分析。通过近几年的安全投资与安全效益分析可知,适当地加大安全方面的资金投入能够有效的保证煤矿企业的安全化生产,同时避免重大事故的发生。
Starting from two aspects of coal mine safety and scientific research management,this paper carries out analysis and research on coal mine safety and scientific research management practice.In the aspect of safety management,three specific contents of safety investment,safety benefits and application in coal mines are analyzed.In the aspect of scientific research management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of safety scientific research management from the perspectives of theory and technology.Through the analysis of safety investment and safety benefits in recent years,it can be seen that properly increasing capital investment in safety can effectively ensure the safe production of coal mining enterprises,at the same time,avoid the occurrence of major accidents.
