摘要
在对养老产业高质量发展的现实依据进行分析的基础上,研究了人工智能推进养老产业高质量发展的动力机制与方式策略,认为人工智能具有的协同性和高效性、及时性和预测性、标准化和整体性以及开放性和迭代性等优势能够有效推动养老产业的规模提升、体系健全、布局优化以及生态改善。通过加强科技支撑引领、加强协同机制建设、加强基础设施建设、加强长效保障机制建设等,能够有效利用人工智能等科技手段,促进养老产业供给结构的多元化,形成内涵丰富、结构合理的覆盖全生命周期的养老产业体系,推动养老产业高质量发展。
Based on the analysis of the real statistics of the high-quality development of the old-age industry,after a study of the dynamic mechanism and mode strategy used to promote the high-quality development of the old-age industry by AI,the author of this paper has concluded that the characteristics of synergy and efficiency,timelessness and predictability,standardization and integrity,openness and iteration could effectively expand the scale,perfect the system,optimize the layout and improve the ecology of the old-age industry.Through strengthening the guidance and support of science and technology,the construction of coordination mechanism,infrastructure assumptions,and the construction of long-term guarantee mechanism,high-tech methods such as AI can be employed to promote the structural diversity of the supply for old-age industry in order to form an old-age industry system covering the whole human life span with rich content and reasonable structure so as to improve the high-quality development of the old-age industry.
