摘要
首先介绍了锁相环的基本原理,再介绍一个集成VCO的宽带频率合成器芯片ADF4351,并用该芯片设计一个输出为154.8MHz^212.775MHz的频率合成器,实测其相位噪声和杂散指标都能很好满足设计要求,能满足多种通信系统对信号源的需求。
First,the basic principle of PLL is introduced,then a broadband frequency synthesizer chip adf4351 integrated with VCO is introduced,and a frequency synthesizer with the output of 154.8mhz-212.775mhz is designed with this chip.The measured phase noise and spurious index can meet the design requirements well,and can meet the needs of various communication systems for signal sources.
