我国高校体育课堂教学的困境与对策——以广东省高校为例 被引量:5

摘要 对我国高校体育课堂教学的现状及面临的困境进行研究,目前我国高校体育课程教学存在的困境是运动强度偏低,体育课程目标窄化,微课、翻转课堂、网上教学平台等信息化程度低,学生上课玩手机现象难以杜绝.对策是加大体能训练占比以提高运动强度,加入体适能教育和拓展训练等方式以实现体育课程多维目标的平衡,大力鼓励体育课程往网络化、精品化方向发展,采用必要的手段让学生上课远离手机或充分利用手机. This paper studies the status and predicament of physical education of colleges and universities in China.At present,the difficulties in physical education in colleges and universities in China lie in the low intensity of sports,the narrow objectives of physical education,the low level of informatization in micro class,flipped class,online teaching platform,etc.,which makes it difficult for students to stop playing mobile phones in class.The countermeasures are to increase the proportion of physical fitness training to improve the intensity of sports,to add physical fitness education and expansion training and other ways to achieve the balance of multi-dimensional goals of physical education curriculum,to strongly encourage the development of physical education curriculum to the direction of network and quality,and to use necessary means to keep students away from mobile phones in class or make full use of mobile phones.
