摘要
金属掺杂石墨烯的复合材料在光化学催化中有很好的应用.采用改良的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO)、氧化还原法制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)、化学共沉淀法制备γ-Fe2O3,再通过水热合成法制备γ-Fe2O3/RGO,最后掺杂Au元素,对每种产品使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等多种分析方法进行表征.光催化实验结果表明该催化剂催化效率高.
Metal-doped graphene composites have good applications in photochemical catalysis.In this paper,graphene oxide(GO)is prepared by the modified Hummers method,RGO was prepared by REDOX method,γ-Fe2O3 is prepared by using chemical coprecipitation,γ-Fe2O3/RGO is prepared by hydrothermal method,finally,the element Au is doped,for each product we can use X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM)and so on.Various analytical methods are used to characterize the product.The results of photocatalytic experiments show that the catalyst has high catalytic efficiency.
