摘要
目的胸腰椎体骨折行腰椎间断牵引、手法复位配合中药治疗效果分析。方法方便选取2018年2月—2019年2月该院诊治胸腰椎体骨折80例患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予手法复位、腰椎间断牵引方案,研究组予以手法复位、腰椎间断牵引、配合中药方案。分析两组临床疗效、疼痛度及不良事件情况。结果治疗后,研究组SI(5.37±1.25)、Cobb角(6.57±1.65)°及椎体前缘的高度压缩(21.51±2.95)%,均比对照组少,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.471、6.552、11.724,P<0.05);研究组疼痛度(1.35±0.46)分比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(t=9.048,P<0.05);研究组发生腹胀、尿潴留等不良事件7.50%比对照组少,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.038,P<0.05)。结论胸腰椎体骨折行腰椎间断牵引、手法复位配合中药治疗,能改善患者临床疗效指标,缓解其疼痛度,降低不良事件发生,具一定临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of lumbar intervertebral traction and manual reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine for thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Methods Convenient selected eighty patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures were enrolled in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.The data were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with manual reduction and lumbar intervertebral traction.The study group was treated with manual reduction and lumbar vertebrae.Intermittent traction,with Chinese medicine program.The clinical efficacy,pain and adverse events of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the study group had a SI(5.37±1.25),a Cobb angle(6.57±1.65)°,and a high degree of compression(21.51±2.95)%of the vertebral body leading edge,which were less than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.471、6.552、11.724,P<0.05);The pain degree of the study group(1.35±0.46)points was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.048,P<0.05).The study group had 7.50%of adverse events such as abdominal distension and urinary retention than the control group,and the difference was Statistical significance(χ^2=9.038,P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracic and lumbar vertebral fractures with lumbar intervertebral traction and manual reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical efficacy index,relieve the pain and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and have certain clinical application value.
