摘要
目的分析针对性心理护理干预对脑瘫儿童康复训练的效果观察情况。方法方便选择2017年6月—2018年6月来该院接受治疗的100例脑瘫患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受常规化护理干预,观察组以此为基础,开展针对性心理护理,分析结果。结果对照组受试者护理满意度为86.00%,观察组受试者护理满意度为96.00%,和对照组相比,观察组受试者家属护理满意度明显更高(χ^2=15.254,P<0.05)。干预前,两组受试者的智力发育指数以及运动发育指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,相较于对照组,观察组的智力发育指数以及运动发育指数改善情况明显更好(P<0.05)。结论对于脑瘫患儿来讲,在对其开展康复训练的同时,配合针对性心理护理干预有助于提升其自信心,全面改善患者运动发育以及智力发育情况,可促进疾病转归,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted psychological nursing intervention on rehabilitation training of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 100 patients with convenient selection cerebral palsy who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups,50 in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group based on this,carried out targeted psychological nursing and analyzed the results.Results The nursing satisfaction of the control subjects was 86.00%,and the satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%.Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher(χ^2=15.254,P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the intelligence developmental index and motor development index between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the intelligence development index and motor development index of the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with cerebral palsy,while carrying out rehabilitation training,combined with targeted psychological nursing intervention can help to improve their self-confidence,comprehensively improve the patient's motor development and mental development,and promote disease outcome,so it is worth further promotion and application in the clinic.
