超声、钼靶X射线及磁共振在诊断乳腺癌中的应用效果与对比分析

摘要 目的比较分析超声、钼靶X射线及磁共振在诊断乳腺癌中的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月—2018年2月本院收治的疑似乳腺癌患者68例作为研究对象,均行超声、钼靶X射线及磁共振检查,并与病理诊断结果进行对比,评价不同诊断方法的应用价值。结果68例患者确诊55例,占比80.88%,磁共振检查准确度为86.76%,超声69.12%与钼靶X射线69.12%相等,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。磁共振诊断乳腺癌灵敏度为90.91%,与超声76.36%、钼靶X射线69.09%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声特异性38.46%偏低,而钼靶X射线则与磁共振特异性69.23%、69.23%相等,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌诊断可采用X射线、钼靶X射线及磁共振等进行有效诊断,其中磁共振具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,但难以作为筛查手段,而超声灵敏度和准确度较高,钼靶X射线特异性较高,可作为初筛方法,必要时可综合多种影像技术诊断,确保疾病明确及治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective To compare and analyze the application effects of ultrasound,molybdenum target X-ray and magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 68 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects.All patients underwent ultrasonography,molybdenum target X-ray and magnetic resonance examination.The results were compared with pathological diagnosis,and the value of different diagnostic methods was evaluated.Results Fifty-five of 68 patients were diagnosed,accounting for 80.88%.The accuracy of magnetic resonance examination was 86.76%,and it was 69.12%of ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The sensitivity of MR in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 90.91%,it was 76.36%of ultrasound and 69.09%of molybdenum target X-ray,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The specificity of ultrasound was 38.46%,while it was 69.23%of molybdenum target X-ray was and MR,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions X-ray,molybdenum target X-ray and magnetic resonance could be used in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Among them,magnetic resonance has high sensitivity and accuracy,but it is difficult to be used as a screening method.Ultrasound has high sensitivity and accuracy,and molybdenum target X-ray has high specificity.It can be used as a screening method.When necessary,a variety of imaging techniques should be synthesized to provide reliable basis for diagnose and treatment of breast cancer.
