摘要
现阶段,一些高等院校的就业指导工作还存在着一些问题,无法适应严峻的就业形势和毕业生的需要。这就要求高校要建立健全完善的大学生就业指导工作和服务机制;丰富大学生就业指导工作的内容;准确、及时地掌握就业形势,进行全程就业指导;健全、创新就业体制,引导大学生转变就业观念。
At present, there are still some problems existing in the employment guidance in some colleges and universities, failing to meet the severe employment situation and the needs of graduates, which requires colleges and universities to establish a sound and perfect employment guidance work and service mechanism for college students;expand the content of employment guidance for college students;accurately and timely grasp the employment situation and carry out employment guidance in the full process;improve and innovate the employment system and change the concept of employment.
