Clinical Value of Ultrasound Examination of Fetal Anterior Abdominal Wall Thickness in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨超声检查对胎儿前腹壁厚度的临床价值。方法选取我院接受产前检查的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,对比两组中晚期胎儿的前腹壁厚度、双顶径、腹围、股骨长和妊娠结局。结果两组双顶径、股骨长和腰围无明显差异,P>0.05;实验组胎儿前腹壁厚度(3.97±0.58)大于参照组(3.08±0.27),P<0.05;两组剖腹产率和体重无明显差异,P>0.05,没有统计学意义。结论通过超声检查胎儿前腹壁厚度,对中晚期妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的胎儿发育情况有较高的诊断价值. Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound examination on fetal anterior abdominal wall thickness.Methods Pregnant women with gestational diabetes who received prenatal examination in our hospital were selected to compare the anterior abdominal wall thickness,double apex diameter,abdominal circumference,femoral length and pregnancy outcome of the middle and late stage fetuses in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in double apex diameter,femoral length and waist circumference between the two groups(P>0.05).Fetal anterior abdominal wall thickness(3.97±0.58)in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(3.08±0.27),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in cesarean section rate and body weight between the two groups(P>0.05,no statistical significance).Conclusion Ultrasound examination of fetal anterior abdominal wall thickness has a high diagnostic value for fetal development in pregnant women with middle and third trimester gestational diabetes.
