留守经历大学生儿童期创伤对抑郁的影响——分离和拒绝图式类别与人际关系敏感的链式中介作用 被引量:27

The Effect of Childhood Trauma on Depression in Left-behind University Students Mediated by Disconnection/Rejection Domains and Interpersonal Sensitivity

摘要 为评估留守经历大学生儿童期创伤对抑郁的影响,选取1423名大学生,其中有留守经历547人。采用儿童期创伤问卷、Young图式问卷简版中文修订版及SCL-90量表,以班级为单位进行测试。结果得到:(1)留守经历大学生在儿童期创伤各维度、分离和拒绝图式类别、人际关系敏感及抑郁上的得分与症状检出率均显著高于无留守经历大学生,各变量间均存在显著的正相关;(2)分离和拒绝图式类别和人际关系敏感在留守经历大学生儿童期创伤与抑郁间起链式中介作用,链式中介效应占总效应的40.5%;(3)链式中介模型在留守与非留守经历大学生两群组中均适用,但在模型的路径系数上存在显著差异。 The present study aimed to evaluate the impact of childhood trauma on depression in left-behind university students. 1423 students were selected, including 547 left-behind students. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Young Schema Questionnaire Short Edition of Chinese Revision and Symptom Checklist 90 were used. The results showed that: 1) the left-behind university students’ scores and symptom detection rates of childhood trauma, disconnection/rejection, interpersonal sensitivity and depression were significantly higher than those without left-behind experience. Significant positive correlations were found among variables;2) the effect of childhood trauma on depression in left-behind university students was mediated by disconnection/rejection and interpersonal sensitivity. The effect of chain mediation accounted for 40.5% of the total effect;3) the chain mediation model was applicable to both left-behind and non-left-behind students, but there were significant differences in the path coefficients of the model.
