加州新小绥螨不同释放量对草莓二斑叶螨的防治作用 被引量:2

Evaluating the Efficiency of Different levels of Neoseiulus califomicus(McGregor)released for controlling Tetranychus urticae(Koch)on Strawberry

摘要 本文评估了加州新小绥螨Neoseiulus(Amblyseius)californicus(McGregor)对草莓二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae(Koch)的控制作用.在二斑叶螨发生初期,按益害比1:5释放加州新小绥螨时,它几乎消灭了所有的二斑叶螨;当以1:10释放加州新小绥螨时,它也能有效控制二斑叶螨的为害,控制期长达40天;但益害比为1:20时,控制作用有限.本研究明确了加州新小绥螨是防治草莓二斑叶螨的优良天敌. In this paper the efficiency of Neoseiulus(Amblyseius)califomicus(McGregor)for controlling Tetranychus urticae(Koch)on strawberry was evaluated.In greenhouse trials,three treatments consisting of releases of N.califomicus at ten-day intervals:day 0,day 10,day 20,day 30 and day 40,and an untreated control were evaluated.Different the predator:pest ration,including 1:5,1:10 and 1:20,were conducted at the initial infection period of T.urticae,all treatments releases significantly reduced the populations of T.urticae below the control(no releases)within 40 days.It is noticeable,when the ratio was 1:5,almost all T.urticae were consumed,it demonstrated that if the ratio of predator:prey remained adequate,N.califomicus is a more efficient predator to T.urticae.Moreover,N.califomicus significantly reduced the populations of T.urticae in the treatment of releasing N.califomicus at ratio of 1:10.However,when N.califomicus were released at ratio of 1:20,they could not control the infection of T.urticae within 40 days.
