Child-Pugh与Rockall评分评估肝硬化失代偿期患者上消化道出血预后比较被引量：11

摘要肝硬化失代偿期是肝硬化终末阶段,表现为肝功能损伤,门静脉高压引起的一系列症状,其中上消化道出血最为常见,若治疗不及时可导致死亡[1]。因此,对此类患者早期预后评估至关重要。Child Pugh分级为临床广泛使用的肝硬化评价方法,但该方法存在一定的局限性[2]。Rockall评分主要用于急性上消化道出血预后的评价[3]。笔者观察了Child Pugh分级与Rockall评分在评估肝硬化失代偿期上消化道出血患者预后的价值,希望为肝硬化患者的预后判断提供新思路。
