Study on formability of dual phase steels with different strength levels

摘要 双相钢的成形性能是其在汽车上使用时最重要的工艺性能之一,本文对三种不同强度级别的双相钢的成形性进行了研究。通过单向拉伸试验,分析了三种双相钢的延伸率、屈强比和加工硬化指数,定性比较了三种双相钢的成形性能;在此基础上,通过刚性凸模胀形试验,分别定量测试了双相钢的成形极限图曲线,并与经验计算公式的计算结果进行了比较。 The forming property of duplex steel is one of the most important process properties when it is tomobiles.In this paper,the formability of three phase steel with different strength grades is studied.Through the uniaxial tensile test,the elongation,yield ratio and work hardening index of three dual phase steels were analyzed,and the forming properties of three dual phase steels were qualitatively compared.On this basis,the rigid con bulging test was tested.The forming limit diagram curves of the duplex steel were quantitatively tested and com pared with the calculation results of the empirical calculation formula.
