摘要
目的分析四步法眼袋整形术在老年患者眼部整形中的应用价值.方法选取2017年5月至2019年4月到郑州人民医院进行眼部整形的98例老年患者,根据整形方案将其分为观察组与对照组,每组49例.对照组采取下睑皮肤入路法,观察组采取四步法眼袋整形术.比较两组治疗效果、治疗满意度及并发症发生情况.结果观察组患者下睑臃肿、松弛显著改善率及外眦鱼尾纹明显减少率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者术后总并发症发生率4.08%(2/49)低于对照组22.45%(11/49),P<0.05;观察组患者治疗满意率为93.88%(46/49),对照组为77.55%(38/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对老年患者应用四步法眼袋整形术进行眼部整形可提高临床治疗效果及满意度,术后不易出现眼睑外翻等并发症,具有较高的应用价值.
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of four-step ocular pouch plastic surgery in elderly patients.Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients who underwent ocular plastic surgery in Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected.According to the plastic schemes,the patients were divided into the obsei*vation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated by lower eyelid skin approach,and patients in the observation group were treated by four-step pouch plastic surgery.The therapeutic effects,satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement rate of lower eyelid fat and anetoderma and the rate of remarkable lateral canthus wrinkle decreasing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of complications after operation in the observation group(4.08%,2/49)were significantly lower than those in the control group(22.45%,11/49),P<0.05.The satisfactory rate of treatment was 93.88%(46/49)in observation group and 77.55%(38/49)in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of four-step ocular pouch plastic surgeiy in the elderly patients can improve the clinical treatment effects and satisfaction,and the complications,for example,eyelid ectropion,are not easy to occur after operation.So four-step ocular pouch plastic surgery has high application value.
