摘要
本文主要介绍了某常规湿法炼锌厂利用焙砂酸性浸出后的浸出渣浮选回收银,但长期尾渣含银较高,造成大量有价金属流失严重,结合同行的生产现状,对造成尾渣含银的各个因素进行分析,并开展了设备和工艺流程的优化,最终达到尾渣银降低至60g/t以下并稳定生产。
This paper mainly introduces the flotation recovery of silver from the leached residue after acid leaching of calcine in a conventional zinc hydrometallurgy plant,but the silver content in the tailings is high for a long time,which results in serious loss of a large number of valuable metals.Combined with the production status of the same industry,the factors causing the silver content in the tailings are analyzed,and the optimization of equipment and process flow is carried out,so that the silver content in the tailings is reduced to below 60g/T Stable production.
